Maria  Genao, 79 of Perth Amboy, NJ, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 13, 2021

Maria was born in La Vega, Dominican Republic, she lived in Perth Amboy for 40 years. She was employed by Host Marriott Services for 8 years. 

She is preceded in death by Her husband Aureliano Genao and her parents Patricio Reyes and Maria Basora.

She is survived by her children  Iris Canela, Daysi, Serafin, Fior, Jocelyn, Domingo and Manuel Rosario, her sister, Patricia Reyes, 18 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren .

We begin to leave on Thursday February 18, 2021 at 9:15 am from Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home 419 Barclay Street Perth Amboy for a Funeral Mass at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Fatima R.C.Church.  Burial will be at Alpine Cemetery.  
Visiting is on Wednesday February 17, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
